  2. I know that rustic will probably get the most votes but it would be nice of some place in town was elegant, at this point everything is rustic unless you go to Spring Hill, then it is all modern, but nothing is elegant. That would stand out.

  3. Rustic but not too much. Definitely a bar is a great idea. Good wines.

  7. I voted "rustic" because of the local area, but is there such a thing as "elegant rustic" ???? Warm and welcoming to visitors who may not be up for an "upscale" dinner after a long day hiking, driving, etc.; but elegant enough to create a special atmosphere for a special occasion evening.

  9. As long as you bring the fish tanks into the design it will be a "welcome home"location! My daughter is still very upset about the fire and she is just turning 3. She can't wait to walk back in your doors and asks about you Papa Joe and all the employees almost every day! The Brooks Family :)

  10. Elegant♥ Only because there is nothing around that is "Elegant" in Brooksville. I'd make the drive from Beverly Hills to enjoy a wonderful meal in a sophisticated setting.

  11. Yes, rustic, as close to as my fond memories of what was. Joe and Donna have and deserve the love of our community.

  12. how come I can't see where it says "view in web version" anywhere on this page? And this verification process will keep many people from putting comments on this blog. Way too cumbersome
