Papa Joe is pressing forward towards a new and improved restaurant! On the existing slab, with sidewalk chalk in hand, Joe's team met with the architect to discuss ideas for the new building. Creativity and interesting features are a given for this project! Topics of discussion included an outdoor pergola, a bar area, exposed rafters, and fountain features. A INTERACTIVE PIZZA PORCH. I think a place where we can relax outside and watch the master prepare pizza while other pizza's bake in the oven. It could be like the cooking show. As Joe or whomever the chef is throws the pizza up in the air they tell Italian jokes or have pizza making contests or invite a guest up to help make their own pizza's. It could be extremely entertaining an very nostalgic.
