There's a whole lot of love in that pot of sauce! This is Joe's first time back in the kitchen since the fire...therapeutic for sure. He has obtained a huge, temporary kitchen for catering and party pans. That's right, you can get your Papa Joe's fix by the pan to carry out! If you are planning an event Papa Joe's is the areas superior caterer without doubt! Support the family that has supported the community for 33 years!
As the organizer of events for a former employer, I often called on Papa Joe's to do the catering. They were always a hit. Not only for the delicious food but for the service they provided and their friendly attitude. I also enjoy eating at the restaurant and will be glad to see it rise from the ashes. Can't wait for the return.

DeleteI used to live right down the road on Spring Lake Hwy. We often ate there and NEVER had a bad meal! I now live in upstate NY and visit often, in fact we just got back from a visit. I was devastated when I saw the restaurant that I loved so much burned to the ground. Papa Joe and family have been an icon in this community and deservedly so. Glad this hasn't stopped him from doing what he loves! Rock on Papa Joe!
